    Avodah Mapping

For the Christian leader at a crossroads — founder, executive, investor, or someone between chapters — ready to name the work that's truly yours, and build it into something that lasts.

Most capable people don't lack drive. They lack clarity — about what they're actually built for, who they're meant to serve, and whether the work is worth a life.

Avodah Mapping takes a leader from that fog to a named, defensible answer: this is my work, these are my people, this is why. It's built for people who want their work to be more than a performance — who want it to mean something before God, and to bear real fruit in the world.

    An Honest Mirror

    Which one is you?

You're capable. You've built something, or you're between things. And something's off — but it's hard to name. It usually shows up as one of these:

—Restless — "this isn't it," even though nothing's obviously wrong.
—Successful by every measure, and quietly burned out.
—Between chapters — you finished something, and you don't know what's next.
—Good at what you do, but no longer sure it's actually yours.
—Busy all the time, but not sure any of it is the thing you're for.
—Winning on paper, but drained dry — or never quite paid what it's worth.
—You've arrived, and it's emptier than you thought it would be.

Each one traces back to a question — answered out of order, or never asked at all.

Not sure which one is you? Seven questions, no commitment.

    The Framework

    Seven Questions, in Order

The reason clarity is so hard to find isn't that you're not trying. It's that you're answering the questions in the wrong order — or skipping the ones that matter most.

The world says start with why. We end with it — because you can't honestly ask why until you know whose you are. Identity comes first. Meaning comes last. And the order is the whole point: each question can only be answered once the one before it is settled.

1Who is God? — the ground you build on.
2Who am I? — how you're actually made. Not what you can sell — how you're wired.
3Who do I serve? — your people. Your purpose is in your people.
4What do I do for them? — the work itself, flowing from your wiring.
5How do I do it? — the way the work is built and carried.
6What is the yield? — what it returns, and what it costs you to get it.
7Why do I do it? — the resolution. Where the work becomes an offering.

Walk them in order and they converge on one thing: your Avodah Map — a named answer to what your work is, who it's for, and why. Avodah is a Hebrew word that means work, worship, and service all at once — the conviction that your labor itself can be an offering.

Most frameworks stop at the overlap and tell you to go monetize it. This one doesn't — because an optimized business and a genuine calling can look identical on paper, and only one of them holds in a hard season. The last question names why the work is worth your one life. That's the difference between a clever plan and work you can stand behind before God.

    Who It's For

    Is This You?

This is for a Christian leader at a real inflection point — a change of season, a business that works but feels off, a chapter that just closed, success that hasn't resolved into clarity. It's especially for those bridging conviction and the marketplace: people who refuse to separate what they believe from what they build.

It isn't for everyone, and it isn't meant to be. It's a selective, personal engagement, and it starts with a conversation.

    The Engagement

Ninety days. One call a week.

Avodah Mapping is a 90-day, one-on-one engagement. We start with the foundation — who God has called you to serve and what you're called to do for them — then build the work around it. One call a week, with homework in between, so the answers are tested in your real week, not just on a whiteboard.

—A launch call to set the starting point and the ninety days ahead
—The seven questions, walked in order — one at a time, until each is settled
—Homework between calls, so the answers hold up outside the session
—Your Avodah Map — a named answer to what your work is, who it's for, and why
—The work built around it — your people, your offer, and what comes first
