    Go-To-Market Strategy

For the founder or firm that has built a real discipline — and needs it out of their head and into a form others can adopt, buy, or be taught.

    Where You Are

    Bigger than you

You've built something with its own language and its own way of doing the work. The market has nothing quite like it. The problem is that right now it lives in your head and in your practice, not in a form anyone else can adopt, buy, or be taught.

It's bigger than you, and you don't want to do it alone. The Go-To-Market Strategy builds the plan with you — delivered through media — and structures it so you can execute it with us or hand it to someone else. It's yours either way.

    What We Build

    The plan answers five things

1What you actually believe — the conviction underneath the discipline, in your own words.
2The value proposition — what your approach does that nothing else does.
3Who you serve — the clients worth your time, and the ones to ignore.
4The offer — your discipline as something others can adopt, not just admire.
5How it reaches them — the show, the conversion path, and who's in the first fifteen conversations.

    What You Walk Away With

    Six deliverables

    The Go-To-Market Plan

The core document. Conviction, value proposition, ideal client, offer, and the path to market — in one place.

    Positioning & Language

The differentiation in words that hold up with a skeptical buyer. Built from your own framing.

    Media Blueprint

Show concept, format, cadence, and how episodes lead somewhere instead of just existing.

    Guest & Pipeline List

The first names to invite — built once the ideal client is locked, so the guest list is the pipeline.

    Recorded Content

Foundational material captured on site — you explaining the discipline in your own voice.

    Sequencing & Next Steps

What happens first, second, third — and what has to be true before each step.

Written deliverables land within fourteen days of the on-site. The Media Blueprint is included — see what's inside it →

    The Engagement

    Two days, on site

We come to you. Two working days, built together, in a room with a whiteboard.

    Build day

Morning at the whiteboard. We start with the clarity questions — the seven-question framework behind Avodah Mapping — applied to your discipline: what you believe, what it does, who it's for, how it's delivered, and why it's worth your one life. Everything else in the plan comes out of that. In the afternoon we open it up to a few people you trust — advisors, clients, friends whose judgment you value — and get their read while it's still early enough to change.

    Capture day

More of the trusted-circle conversations if that's the better window. Then content capture — you articulating the discipline on camera, which becomes both raw material and a forcing function for the language. Somewhere in here we go wide: where this could lead over three to five years, and what it would take. That's conversation, not commitment.

    Before we arrive

—Finish the documentation of your discipline you're already close to
—Think about five to seven people you trust who might join for part of a day
—A conference room or office with a whiteboard for the build day

    Investment

    The price

    $12,000, plus travel at cost

This is a media and consulting engagement. It isn't investment banking, capital raising, or transaction advisory, it isn't a securities offering, and it isn't advice on the sale of a business. No part of the fee is contingent on any transaction. Where a conversation moves in that direction, it goes to an appropriately registered firm under its own engagement.
